This is my third Volvo and first SUV and I am thrilled with the XC90. It's got every option I could have ever wanted and then some. The gas mileage isn't great but I consider the added expense as life insurance because of Volvo's commitment to safety. It drives like a luxury car and is the quietest vehicle I've ever driven. The third row seat comes in very handy when I have my entire family with me, we had to take two cars prior to me buying the XC90. The only minor complaint is that the A/C is a little weak for our triple digit Texas summers.
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

I purchased my first Volvo about 4 years ago and I love love love it. I have the XC90 and the ONLY thing I'd change about it is the color. Mine is silver and I like black. Seriously I first started looking for an SUV because my rottie puppies were getting way to big for my Mustang, plus they didn't travel well and got sick in my car. I decided I needed an SUV. I needed one big enough to hold 3 big dogs. The Range Rover has that slanted roof in the back and that wouldn't work, as it made head room less for the dogs. The Tahoe and Expedition and many of the other SUVs all kind of looked alike and no one wants to look like everyone else. Volvo has a great safety record and would fit my family (husband and 3 kids; plus my dogs). The Volvo also has a look of it's own.
My one negative experience was when my son bottomed out the Volvo and bent the exhaust pipes. They had to be ordered from Sweden. Apparently there are many parts on this vehicle that aren't carried in stock, because they rarely have to replace them. Thus, when they need to be replaced, they have to order it. It took a few weeks to get here. Other than that, I'm passing on my older Volvo to my son and plan to get a new one.
One more thing, the gas mileage is great as long as you keep up the regular maintenance.
AND I know my family is safe. My son got rear ended by a drunk driver. The drunk's car got jacked up - bent up hood and everything. My Volvo had a tiny scratch on the bumper.

Nothing compares to the feeling of the wind whipping your hair back as you cruise in a well-built convertible. Well, almost nothing—the feeling of getting a great deal on your vehicle purchase is definitely a close second. You can enjoy both of these awesome sensations at the same time by selecting a high-quality convertible that sells for less than $20,000.
Luxury cars come in all shapes and sizes, but they are all expected to look good and perform well. One advantage of buying a used luxury car is that you get the luxury look-and-feel that you want at a more affordable price.
Henry Ford once famously told customers that his Model T came in any color they wanted, so long as that color was black. That was over 100 years ago. Today, the vehicles available to us come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, with a profusion of available options and features. Whether you're shopping for a quality used vehicle, or you want to take the plunge with a new car, 2017 is a great time to see what's available.
