Audi’s flagship all-electric SUV coupe has a new name and even more driving range for 2024. Previously known as the e-tron S Sportback, upgrades to the five-seat 2024 SQ8 e-tron Sportback are much more than skin deep.

1. Understated style
The 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron Sportback is a performance electric SUV that doesn’t shout about its performance, its upmarket appearance giving little away. Aluminum-look mirror caps, window surrounds, and grille frame lend a sportier air, along with widened fender flares, large front bumper air inlets, and 20-inch alloy wheels. If you want a racier look, opt for the Black Optic package that replaces the alu-look trim for gloss black detailing and adds striking 22-inch alloy wheels.

Luxury features include 12-way adjustable front sport seats in Black, Rotor Gray, or Arras Red Valcona leather with contrast diamond stitching, a heated steering wheel, and a Bang and Olufsen® 3D sound audio system with both wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ connectivity.

The battery capacity of the 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron Sportback has been increased to 114 kWh for this model year to offer more range. The SQ8 e-tron Sportback with 20-inch wheels has an EPA-estimated range of 253 miles on a full charge, making the SQ8 e-tron Sportback a great choice for driving in the city, on the highway, and for longer interstate trips.
4. Effortless power
The tri-motor set-up (one on the front axle, two on the rear) of the 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron Sportback replaces the dual-motor arrangement of before. This increases power to 496 hp. Torque rises by 228 lb-ft to a massive 718 lb-ft in boost mode, which means Audi’s flagship electric car can do zero to 60 in an estimated 4.2 seconds. Whether driving through town or embarking on a cross-country journey, the SQ8 e-tron Sportback will have all the power you and your passengers could ever need.
5. AWD traction
The addition of the extra rear electric motor gives the 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron Sportback even more traction. Standard electric torque vectoring will give you confidence on wet or slippery surfaces, distributing torque to whichever wheel needs it as drive force is sent to the wheel that needs it most, meaning the handling benefits, too. This makes the SQ8 e-tron Sportback more agile and more fun to drive. Perfect for those solo drive scenarios.
