First generation Cadillac CT5
The Cadillac CTS changed the luxury brand's direction when it was introduced in 2003, and the CT5 aimed to continue that legacy when it replaced the CTS in 2020. Looking sporty with its wide stance and sleek fastback silhouette, the CT5 introduced a new look for the brand’s sedan lineup. As expected, the luxury sedan came with a well-equipped cabin outfitted with premium materials throughout. A 10-inch touchscreen display was standard at launch, but was replaced in 2025 with an advanced 33-inch curved display. The interior upgrade also included a swap to the much more intuitive Google-based infotainment system.
The 2020 Cadillac CT5 came to market with two engine options: a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine and a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6, the latter delivering 335 horsepower—both are still available today. Rear-wheel drive was standard, with the option of upgrading to all-wheel drive. Cadillac also offers the CT5 with Super Cruise, the brand’s advanced hands-free driver-assist system.
