Ratings & reliability

Customer ratings

The 2012 Ford Explorer has a lot of nice features and has gotten compliments on it. It is very flexible with the 3rd row seats that automatically fold up and give the driver room in the back for their two dogs. The two toned interior is also a nice feature. Many cars are solid colored inside, but the driver finds it boring. The ride is smooth and the car is great for road trips. The only thing the driver does not like is the 3rd row seat takes away from the trunk space.
