Customer Review Summary for Acura TSX
Another Great Acura
Norm - Birmingham, Alabama02/07/2008
After owning a 1993 Acura CL for 10 years and never had any problems with it my decision to go with another Acura was simple. Buying another Acura was not my original plan but once I got to the showroom and test drove the TSX I was sold. My 1993 CL was a great car. Never had major problems with it. The car had 150,000 miles when I sold it and I had not changed the timing belt. The original tires lasted 109,000 miles. And the performance and dependability was great.
When I test drove the TSX was like stepping into another CL. But, the comfort, the power and the features where even better. I bought the car with 35,000 miles and I know that I can put 150,000 with no problem.

Fun car with great reliability and mileage
Greg - Montclair, VA11/29/2014
You have to be careful with this model as the first one I got had mechanical issues and had probably driven real hard. The second one was in much better operational condition. The TSX handles nice and is fun to drive, loaded with options, excellent fit and finish, and it's a HONDA (built in Japan), reliable and runs forever with regular maintenance . Gets great mileage (26-34MPG) but the only downside is it runs on premium fuel. A hoot to drive.
Fun, reliable drive! Love it!

This is a very comfortable, reasonably priced sedan that is a TON of fun to drive! It turns on a dime, has a great sound system and is Zippy! We love it!
Luxury cars come in all shapes and sizes, but they are all expected to look good and perform well. One advantage of buying a used luxury car is that you get the luxury look-and-feel that you want at a more affordable price.
The Acura MDX, which entered the market in 2001, was designed to address the need for a high-performance people-mover with an abundance of luxury features. Although the MDX replaced Acura’s SLX, its build was actually based on the popular Honda Pilot. In true Acura style, this newly-developed SUV was infused with the highest-quality comfort and performance features available.
If you’re conducting used car research to find a deal on pre-owned luxury vehicles, it only makes sense to learn about the Acura TL—a car with touring luxury actually built into its name. The Acura TL is a mid-sized luxury car that succeeded the Acura Vigor and was produced between 1996 and 2014. While the first-generation Acura TL (1996 to 1998) was manufactured in Japan, production soon shifted to the Honda plant in Marysville, Ohio.
