It is a shame that CarPlay is not available. You can get it added for $300. It should be standard but other than that the dashboard is great.
The middle row headrest blocks you rear view sight. I had to take the headrest off for better rear viewing.
The BMW 640 GT is just different. like it more than my X6.

moving from v8 to v6
This BMW is not common. It is a 640 GT V6 turbo charged and fast. It has 3 modes of driving, sport, comfort and eco mode (rarely use eco,...just too hard to go slow). Its just different than other BMW's. Big, but not too big type crossover. A great mix between a sedan and a suv type. Its just different and I love it.

despite the con above, it is fairly quiet inside.

The only con but its ok and grows on you, is the frameless windows...just my least favorite option making it feel cheap, definitely overlooked though.
bought after the price hike for used cars...sucks because could have had it for 5 grand less pre covid
this has to be a con, so i bought the extended warranty
