Transmission: Automatic Color:Black Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.833 reviews) 2 years ownership so far Tons of luxury features Went to IKEA brought giant items with room to spare(Finally) It can drive slow like a king or like a sports car when u in the mood, it drives best on highway, the screaming 2 stage turbo can left all other cars in the dust easily Great gas mileage, nearly 600 highway miles for each tank Fantastic looking headlights and grills, I wish the newer model x5 can keep them Build like a tank, ride like a king and queen, great on snow, now I wish there is more snow in Chicago Thick frame, the car warms up really fast in couple minutes in winter time, unlike my previous Accord's skinny frames takes forever Cost average 2k to maintain per year, which actually cheaper than my 11 years old Honda Accord

About the BMW X5 M

Vehicle Summary

Are you looking for the ultimate SUV to sate your desire for unapologetic speed, an interior that caters to your every desire, and enough hidden technology to make your neighbors drool? The BMW X5 M first appeared in 2010 as the less urbane version of the BMW X5, a luxury sport activity vehicle that includes an impressive selection of choice features. However, if you want the ability to blister some pavement after dropping the kids off at school, the M was built for you.

The first generation was offered for sale from 2010 to 2013 with the sport-tuned 555 horsepower 4.4L V8 engine under the hood. After the X5 refresh in 2013, the engineers massaged the specs and released the X5 M in 2015 using the current 567 horsepower motor and whittling its zero to 60 mph time down to four seconds flat.

Great combination of features

This is a versatile luxury vehicle that combines good performance with fuel economy (diesel) and safety (head up display, blind spot monitor, etc). The choices of eco mode, comfort, and sport allow you to drive optimally, according to location and personal preference.

- Michael Redmond, 2014 BMW X5

The most awsome driving experience I have ever had

This SUV is too good to be true. The performance on the highway and the city is like driving on a cloud. Smooth as glass. The driver and passenger seating is the best for comfort. To me it reminds me of sitting in my favorite chair at home. The gas mileage is what I anticipated, which is somewhere in the range of 24 to 26 mpg depending on highway or city, all in all it is a dream come true.

- Lynne, 2002 BMW X5

Solid SUV
