This is purely subjective, but I think the design of the E85 Z4 is stunning. All the curves, lines, and creases make it a work of art.
The M variant has the S54 engine in it, which is just one of the great engines of all time. It revs to 8000 rpm and pushes you back in your seat hard. The steering is nicely weighted but slightly on the heavy side.
Gotta love the top down driving, too. The convertible top seems really durable so far, and it goes up and down with the single push of a button... very fast and very easy.
Since owning the car, I have not seen another one on the road. This car makes you feel special. From the motor, the sound, the look, to the rarity of the car, this car should at the very least maintain its value
Very Practical Sports Car!
2016 BMW Z4Chuck K - Greensboro, NC11/21/2016
Dependable, stylish, well-equipped sports car. The retractable hardtop makes this a more practical choice since no worries about the additional wear concerns of a cloth top. Many retractables compromise body lines to accommodate the top. Not this one! Beautiful design even if the top didn't retract.
Fun road trip car
2008 BMW Z4T Haas - Minneapolis, MN01/23/2016
The BMW Z4 coupe is a quick, fun to drive, well-designed sports car that is also practical with the hatchback configuration. The seats are really comfortable. I've taken it on back roads drives, long highway road trips, camping trips, commutes to work, and running errands. No matter where I am going in this car, I always seem to enjoy the drive.
