2012 Cadillac CTSDale Harrison - Jacksonville, FL09/10/2015
My CTS is the 3.6L, which allows 87 octane. So, not only is it a fun and quick car to drive, but it is good on gas. I was looking for a nice, sporty car with luxury and I found it with the CTS. After getting the car I was very happy with the service I experienced at the local Cadillac dealer. The car handles great and has plenty of power for everyday driving.
This is the best performing and handling car I've ever owned. I was surprised when I watched all the reviews online of the CTS-V Sport and how incredibly it handled and performed on the track. 4.4 second 0-60 is stunning performance and will dust all these Mustang GT's out there. With all the tech, heads-up display, adjustable headlights, magnetic damping suspension, etc. there is no better car at this price.
An incredible car for the price

Cadillac CTS Overview
The Cadillac CTS has always been a popular choice of luxury sedans for more than a decade. Each iterative generation has ensured that the American Cadillac CTS is able to compete with European and Japanese automakers in performance and style.
Cadillac CTS History
Introduced in 2003, the Cadillac CTS, with its strong exterior style and high-quality body, represents the American marketplace's best attempt at competing with European luxury midsize sedans. After being redesigned in 2008, the CTS received a stunning new interior that improved material quality and introduced a retracting navigational screen to pair well with its exterior style. Blending an all-American style with European-inspired handling, the Cadillac's three generations stand as a respectable choice for a luxury sedan. With recent generations growing in size, the CTS looks to improve upon its predecessors in a refined and powerful way.
How It Drives
The Cadillac CTS's rear-wheel drive is a breath of fresh air. With options for both rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive that can be paired with either engine, the vehicle manages respectable fuel efficiency numbers and potent engines. In addition to the firm suspension, responsive handling, and high-performing brakes, the vehicle's performance output has high possibilities dependant on the engine selection.
Used Cadillac CTS Value
The Cadillac CTS serves as a top-tier luxury sports sedan due to its upgraded engine, superb handling, and comfortable driving experience. It is notably refined and powerful with iterative improvements to its relatively subpar interior, ensuring that up-to-date features and upholstery quality improves with more recent vehicles.
Cadillac CTS Standard Features
Standard rear-wheel drive is available in addition to having all-wheel drive (AWD) as an option. With a 2.0L four-cylinder engine and a 3.6L V6 engine to choose from, with minimal changes per generation, the horsepower and fuel economy is in the hands of the car buyer.
Equipment on standard Cadillac CTS models includes dual-zone automatic climate control, power front seats, and leather upholstery.
When Cadillac first rolled out its CTS in 2003, the car’s combination of high performance and luxury features had everyone taking notice. It is now, as it was then, a mid-size sedan out to eat BMW’s and Audi’s lunches. The CTS targets both the enthusiast and luxury market at the same time.
