The 2017 Chevrolet Trax excels in gas efficiency, reliability, and compact styling. However, its limited cargo space, underwhelming engine power, and basic tech features are noted downsides. Ideal for urban commuting but less appealing for long-distance travel or families needing space.
Brakes are quick to respond.
Fairly good on gas.
Power seats are nice.
SUPER UNRELIABLE. The turbocharged engine is not built to last and makes the car expensive to maintain.
Cheap and flawed design make for frequent repairs. Lower Grille is plastic and breaks easily. Turbocharged engine isn’t built to last. Oil changes need to be more frequent than suggested.
FWD makes this a poor choice for winter / wet environments.
it fits my 3 kids nicely with 2 booster seats and enough leg room. The car is updated and I love how the app keeps me inform with the car. plus the onstar and built in WiFi is great
The car skips really bad . when you try to accelerate is does not get up and go , takes awhile . you can hear the gears shifts and skipping.
Trunk space is very limited
The car fuel runs out so fast. It also has a small tank, takes about $35-45 fill up and will be out within 3 days.
