I am 5'3" and fit well into this car. I also have 3 teenagers who fit somewhat comfortably in the car with me. My model is a manual transmission and I would not consider an automatic for this small of a car. Downshifting makes driving in the snow much more manageable. The interior is relatively quiet. My daughter drives a 2012 Subaru Impreza and says the Fiat interior is much quieter than her car. Storage inside the car is challenging but also manageable with a little thought and creativity. Driving on the highway gets about 37-40 mpg. Generally I am happy I have the Fiat 500 and hope it last me a long time. Parking in the city is a breeze too.
