Dependable Luxury
PROS
Ride and Handling
This is one smooth riding car. It's not floaty like a big old Cadillac from the 1980s, but it definitely smooths out all but the very worst road imperfections. The handling is perfect for a luxury car. If you want more sports oriented handling go for one of the German luxury sports sedans. That is not what this car was built to be like, but it can definitely hold it's own.
Styling
Even though this car is now 8 years old, the styling is still fresh, and in my opinion, looks much better than newer and more expensive European luxury stalwarts currently offered. The car has a long and substantial look, with a strong character line running the length of the car that truly gives it a timeless design. The LED headlight are like fine jewelry, some of the best looking in the industry even when stacked up against the most modern cars today. The 3D jeweled taillights add a perfect finishing touch!
Reliability
This generation of Genesis G80s has already developed a reputation for dependability and longevity if the cars are correctly maintained. Even with 106,000 on the odometer, my local mechanic shop said the car was in excellent condition and that they've seen these cars easily go 250,000 miles with regular maintenance.
CONS
Technology and Entertainment
The technology in this car is impressive, but the Apple CarPlay has problems staying connected. It appears from thousands of online reviews and auto blog sites that this is a well known issue with these Genesis G80s from 2018 - 2020.

very good in safety features and alerts. blind spots aren’t really a problem.

Fuel Economy
it’s a sport so this is a duh but fuel economy is average 16-20 mpg.
Ride and Handling
sometimes at higher speeds you get a vibration.
Interior Space
The interior is spaced fine but pieces of it are wearing down. It’s cheaper than a Lexus and there’s a reason. Still good car overall though
