I love my car, I use to only be a Chevy girl but this lil Civic is a great car. It's made very well, it's smooth to drive, it's great on gas and it's really cute. There is only one thing I dislike about it and that is the radio is built into the dash so you cannot change it out but other than that I will more then likely own another civic. The Civic is up against the Cobolt in the Chevy class and the Cobolt is an horribly designed car all the way around. I give two huge thumbs up to the Honda Civic...
This car has gotten over 43 miles to the gallon in some instances. It has just enough power to do what you need. The car is fairly technologically advanced. The speedometer is digital and has a display that indicates what song is playing. Additionally the car is fitted with Bluetooth, a USB plug in and has a CD player. Fairly reliable. Have had no issues with the vehicle so far. However there are downfalls. I am 6 foot 3 inches. I could not fit in the Honda Civic EX model because of the sunroof. I am still a bit cramped in the LX model but it's nothing you can't get used to. Additionally after about four hours of continuous driving the seats become almost unbearable to sit in.
Typical classic Honda in every aspect! I feel like I got a much more expensive car! It's peppy & nimble, sips fuel, has above average for the class interior materials/quality, loads of tech, and excellent visibility even with the sleek styling. One of the most standout features for me personally is the Brake Hold that holds the brake and relieves your foot. Much appreciated in heavy LA traffic! Also love Apple Carplay that allows me to bring up phone functions like navigation from my iPhone. No need to pay extra for factory or aftermarket units! The only con is the small trunk opening that has me being more careful loading bulky items. Rear seats do split and fold for more space!
