This is a great SUV. In almost 10 years (89 K miles) I have not had to make any repairs other than to replace wear and tear items (brake pads, tires, battery). This truck feels very sturdy, stable, has performed well on rough dirt roads and handles potholes well. Drives well with handling like a car. Engine has plenty of power. The interior seat material, steeling wheel, dash are of high quality and don't feel/look cheep like on some more recent Honda models. Lots of room with a solid third row seat that easily folds down. I like the center armrest and console too. The only catch is that the actual gas mileage isn't great, only around 15 mpg in the city, 22 or so on the freeway.

I feel confident that I can rely on this car to start each time and get me where I am going with no trouble. It drives well, sits comfortably enough for my long legs, has ample storage space, and is built with a chassis that is high enough off the ground that I do not have to worry about major damage from all of the potholes and high speed bumps on streets in DC. My Honda has been very reliable over the years needing only normal maintenance.
This vehicle has served my family for 13 years. We've made more trips to FL for spring break than I care to remember. I do relate to the lack of cargo space other reviewers speak of, with two daughters a luggage rack topper and/or a trailer hitch platform was required, but that was only to provide each kid with a entire row of seating to eliminate fighting. I actually installed the tow package myself, as I did with the cross bars for the roof rack. Saved lots of money that way. The trailer hitch came in handy when moving the kids to Purdue dorms and back again. Oh the stories this vehicle could tell.
230,000 miles an no major issues, just maintenance of timing belts every 90k miles.
So you’re considering a Honda Accord as your next car. It’s a good choice—the Accord is very highly-regarded in any of its available variants. Plus, it combines good gas mileage with lively performance and plenty of interior space. For those who enjoy the experience of driving, Accords are known for their firm ride, good handling, and responsive steering.
Vehicles with third-row seating have plenty of features for nearly every type of driver. For families that need a great family-friendly vehicle, SUVs, crossovers, and minivans with third-row seats give passengers roomy interiors and still have enough power to haul plenty of vacation equipment or moving supplies.
