Transmission: Automatic Color:Tan Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.432 reviews) The gas pedal on this car seems to be slippery to me. I find myself constantly adjusting my foot on the pedal. So I wear sneakers while I drive to obtain a better "grip" on the pedal. Also, water does not run off the car adequately. Water from rain or dew pours into the car if the windows are open!

Overall Rating

4.7 out of 5 (18 reviews)

great deal on the car

Its just big enough for my family of five, most of the time its just me in the car,I fill the tank with $25 in gas, and it last me two weeks, driving from the Westside to the northside of Jacksonville, love my Hyundai

Pros

  • Fuel Economy: drove to Oxford New York for a week and back and it only cost us $135 in gas round trip

- James Martin, 2013 Hyundai Accent

Decent car for the price.

The gas pedal on this car seems to be slippery to me. I find myself constantly adjusting my foot on the pedal. So I wear sneakers while I drive to obtain a better "grip" on the pedal. Also, water does not run off the car adequately. Water from rain or dew pours into the car if the windows are open!

Pros

  • Dashboard: Easy to read gauges and dials.
  • Fuel Economy: Doesn't eat up gas.
  • Seat Comfort: Suits my 5'1" frame perfectly.

Cons

  • Ride and Handling: Pedal seems to be too small or slippery.
  • Visibility: Although there's enough windows, visibility, especially when it's raining is difficult. It seems as if the raindrops are glued to the windows!

- Kim Spells, 2013 Hyundai Accent

Great starter car

It comes equipped with power windows, xm radio, and an aux and USB port for your music needs. It tells you the approximate amount of miles left until the gas tank is empty. It is a smooth ride and very easy to maintain.

Pros

  • Fuel Economy: Efficiently uses gas with the Eco feature
  • Cabin Noise: Very quiet
  • Styling: Beautiful car

Cons

  • Technology and Entertainment: Wish there was a trunk opener button on the key remote
