This car has it all! I looked at a large variety of other cars in the same price range, and no other car could match what this one had to offer. The car is stylish, powerful while still being fuel efficient, embodies all of the technology and options any one person could ever need, and has an interior package that competes with many of the top luxury cars on the market today
Parked next to my daughter-in-law's jaguar, I have to say the looks of my Optima are much better. I've gotten up to 43 mpg on the highway and the handling of the car has saved my life at least once. Running 70 mph on a dark highway, I had a deer jump out in front of me. I jerked the wheel to the left and the car lurched smoothly in that direction. Heading to the left guard rail I snatched it will back to the right, the car reacted instantly. Shifting the wheel back to the right lane the car responded smoothly and quickly. This is the most impressive car I've ever driven.
For a mid size sedan it has a sporty feel to it and very roomy . Great on gas less trips to the pump to fill up that you can drive.it everyday and not worry about filling up .Handle's well and powerful you would think you were driving a sports car. I was sold on it from the first test drive .

The Kia Optima has many configurations and three trim levels:
The Kia Optima is also available as a hybrid. The Hybrid is offered with two trim levels: the Optima Hybrid LX and the Optima Hybrid EX. Both trim levels mimic their conventional companions.
Both of the regular four-cylinder engines are fairly impressive in power. The LX and EX come with a 2.4L, four-cylinder engine that produces 200 horsepower. A six-speed manual transmission is standard for the LX, but a six-speed automatic is optional to swap in. That very same automatic is standard on the EX.
The SX, meanwhile, is powered by a different beast. It has a 2.0L, turbocharged four-cylinder engine and produces 274 horsepower. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard for this model.
The 2013 Kia Optima has an impressive cabin. The Optima is built with soft-touch materials and all hard plastics are well-textured.
