None of the features listed are now available which means I overspent for this vehicle. I have no option to have remote start or any navigation through Lexus. They stated that this service stopped in September because they did not want to change to 5g. This information was not disclosed to me upon purchasing my car which is very irritating. I live in eastern oregon and temps are low and the remote starting system was something I need and thought I was getting with this car. It was never disclosed to me that this service would not be available and the car was advertised with this as one of the features. If by chance Car Max would install this on my vehicle I would be 100% satisfied with my purchase through Car Max.

It is a good price for a nice, medium, reliable SUV.
CONS
Technology and Entertainment
The air conditioning is not very powerful. The GPS is a big old mess and makes no sense. However, it is intrusive and the first thing that pops up. The little mouse pad is weird and put in a place where other things always end up on top of it, triggering it to change channels, interrupt songs, etc.
Seat Comfort
The seats are small for bigger people, and despite being able to put it in about 50 different positions electronically, I can't find a position that doesn't make at least one of my feet go numb or get tingles on a long drive.
