it’s a vampire

this car started great. about 7,000 miles after buying it, it started overheating (but not really overheating) whenever the outside temperature is over 115 degrees. the power steering locks, it sputters. it’s absolutely a sensor issue, but carmax won’t help, their warranty is a scam, and Lincoln is so backed up they can’t service it. I’m stuck with a $30k vehicle I can only drive at night or when it’s not 100+ degrees.

Pros

  • Interior Space: it’s got great space in all three rows
  • Seat Comfort: air conditioned seats. that is all!
  • Ride and Handling: handles like a dream

Cons

  • Reliability: doesn’t run when outside temperature is over 115.
  • Braking: brakes very hard.
  • Fuel Economy: incredibly small fuel tank and with all the sensor issues, very poor gas mileage.

Love this car!

It's a great luxury car with a sporty 4WD feel. The acceleration on this is amazing. No sluggish hesitation whatsoever. It's got all the luxury options you would expect from a Lincoln. We needed a car that would fit 7 comfortably as we have 5 grandchildren. It's a "smart" car as well. The headlights are automatic, and they follow thru on turns. If I had a CON, it would be the counsel area. Not enough space because the shifting area takes up so much room. And minor con, the depth of the drink holders rest right where the lid sits on a cup making drink hard to pick up without pulling the lid off. Very petty, I know. But overall a fantastic car.

Pros

  • Power: Comfort and solid feel to car.

A handsome eye catching car

I will recommend this handsome SUV to friends, relatives, co-workers, and neighbors. This SUV is awesome on gas. Its drive is smooth and drives well on mountains. The sound system is awesome. The GPS system is amazing. And it's roomy with plenty of legroom (front and back), and there's plenty of space for more than 3 luggage. And it is darn good for interstate driving. The only thing that I don't like is when I ask a command to dial someone's telephone number it always get it wrong. I try to be articulate as possible when asking a command (to dial a phone number), but it doesn't work. So, I have to physically dial the phone number by utilizing my cellphone.

Pros

  • Reliability: It's reliable, braking is very good, it's fuel economy, and riding and handling is awesome.

Cons

  • Technology and Entertainment: When asking a command to dial a telephone number it always get it wrong.
