A fun crossover to drive. Handling is responsive and it has a great get'up-and'go. All while providing 30mpg. Lots of practicality instead of gimmicky features. Roomy and comfortable for the size. I wish this car had a light for the rear trunk space though. It also does not have rear vents for passengers but that's not as big of a problem because the interior space is relatively small.

I have really enjoyed my CX-5. I like the look and driving experience very much. I am enjoying all the technology such as heated seats, rain-sensing wipers, Bluetooth, Sirius radio, back-up camera, Nav and the Bose stereo which has a very good sound. The Moonroof allows light in on cloudy days and the leather seats are nice looking. I'm loving all these attributes.
My only complaint would be that I am not getting the gas mileage that is suggested on the sticker. I do live in a city and there are several stoplights between my home and work which is about 9 miles away. I am averaging about 23 mpg in the city instead of 25. The very best mileage I've attained thus far is 28 mpg which was mostly open highway (not interstate but 4 lanes, few stop lights). I've not been on a strictly interstate trip but I doubt it would meet the 31 mpg rating unless it were completely flat terrain. Otherwise, I've been very happy with the car and would have given it somewhat higher scores in some areas if the mileage had been as rated. I wish they had 4.5 star ratings.
Overall, "ok" mileage and I love the look inside and out as well as all its features.
