Customer Review Summary for Mitsubishi Outlander Sport
Great car for what it is
2011 Mitsubishi Outlander SportMark G. - Las Vegas, NV11/22/2016
Compared to cars in its class, this car isn't the best in any one category; however, this car is consistent. It's safe, reliable, gets me around 25/31 MPG, and, if equipped, has a 6-inch display w/ navigation and Rockford Fosgate subwoofer. This car is definitely a great value buy.
Better than expected
2015 Mitsubishi Outlander SportBrett Homan - St. John, IN12/21/2015
Overall great performance, I expected a bit more of a clunky drive kind of like how the eclipse drives, but nothing I imagined, the car drives amazingly, even on the expressway, you can barely feel the road beneath you, nor can you hear the sound of yourself driving the expressway. Overall, would recommend, at least test drive it.
Doesn't have a lot of "get up and go" when trying to merge in to traffic on the highway but drives well otherwise--at least it gets gas mileage. Biggest issue is lack of space--cargo space isn't enough for our active family and there's not enough passenger room for those sitting in the back. I can see how this would be a great fit for someone with a smaller family that doesn't need a ton of cargo room but I wish I'd taken it back within the 5 day "try out" period.
Sport utility vehicles, or SUVs, are quickly becoming the most popular vehicle segment among American drivers. There are many reasons for this, notably that these vehicles have become more affordable since their introduction in the mid- to late 1990s and that they’re also more fuel-efficient than ever.
