I was surprised at the comfort in a pick up truck, and fuel economy has been better than expected averaging 20 on the road and 17 pulling a trailer loaded with 2 horses. The only complaint I have is the placement of the windsheild wiper control. It is in the way turning the ignition on or off and I usually manage to turn on the wipers on the way. I am hoping to get used to its placement as it is pretty annoying.
2006 Nissan TitanRui - Turlock10/08/2008
Titan is a beautiful truck with enough power to tow or carry anything that you might have. The cargo space in not very big and the MPG is not too great. Other than that its an awesome truck, and I would recommend it to a friend at anytime.

I test drove all the full-size pickups prior to making my purchase and the Titan just felt more solidly built. It rides extremely well has plenty of power and fit and finish exceeded the other vehicles except the Tundra. The Tundra was fine, I just don't like the external styling however I am sure it is a fine Truck. The Titan also has a lot of well thought out features that just makes sense for a truck owner. The American made trucks (I bought used) just seemed like they aged faster than the Titan. My Titan still feels new while the others didn't. I average between 14-15 MPG which isn't great but is a good tradeoff for the power and responsiveness. I expect this truck to last me 15 years easy.
They’re big. They’re bold. They’re kinda in your face. Tall pickup trucks and SUVs have the kind of ride height that gets you over, through, and around the kind of rough terrain which stops other vehicles in their tracks. If you live in a place with lots of snow, mud, or uneven ground, ride height (defined as the distance between the bottom of your truck’s tires and the lowest point on the underside) is probably more important to you than road-hugging and handling characteristics and strong fuel efficiency.
