Used Scion FR-S Monogram for Sale
Reviews for Scion FR-S
This car is a great handling little go-kart. The power could be better, but that is from someone used to having a car 0-60 in under 5 seconds. This car cannot do that. First thing you MUST do is get sticky tires (I went with Bridgestone RE-71's) and the entire car changes dramatically. If you get normal tires, it is a sloppy drifter car. RE-71's or Dunlop Z2's make it grip and drive like an S2000. This is a small car. Do not buy this if you are over 250lbs or over 6'4". Children under 12 can ride in the back seat, but the people in the fronts seat will be less comfortable if they require leg room. I have fit my whole family (wife and 3 kids) in the car when I HAD to because the SUV got a flat.
Best affordable sports car on the market
This car is awesome, but if you buy it you have to understand what you're getting. The FR-S is a quick, nimble, corner car. It's not something you're going to drag race a Mustang in, if you're planning to win at least. It's very fun to drive, gets good gas mileage, and if you get the six-speed, you'll be happy as a clam. The price is right, and the performance is there if you want to do work on it.
The most fun you can have in a car at this price
If you're looking for a driver's car that will put a smile on your face without breaking the bank this is the car for you. What it lacks in straight line power it compensates for in the corners. Plus, if you've got the time and ambition, there are a host of aftermarket options to transform this car into a legitimate monster on the track.
