First thing, if you didn't know already that this car is a Mazda 2 that has the Scion label on it, now you do. Second, it is full of great components for a great price. Push to start, a visual stereo display with choice of navigation, telescoping steering wheel, automatic braking system to avoid wrecks at low speed, and so many other features. The best is that I'm averaging over 35mpg combined. Drove a trip yesterday and got 42.7mpg on it! Excellent mileage! I switched from a 2002 Toyota Echo and this thing is heaven on wheels! But one! Don't lease it like me... You'll want to keep it! And yeah, I honestly can't think of any cons.

Value: Under $18k for all of that?! YES PLEASE!

Carmax clearly did not inspect the tires on this 2016 car as they were original to the car when I purchased it in 2022. Two tires needed immediate replacement and the other two tires are dry rot and are due for replacement no dealership should have sold tires with this much dry rot and damage on them.

Fuel Economy: 38 mpg combined

If they aren’t looking for a family car it’s great but it isn’t very family friendly it has a very small backseat hard to fit a car seat in the back

Ride and Handling: It’s smooth and easy to turn
Braking: Very good brakes
Reliability: It will get you from a to b without a problem

Cons

Interior Space: Backseat too small
Technology and Entertainment: No onboard gps unless you spend a couple hundred dollars on an adventure card with it on it
Visibility: If you are in an intersection trying to turn it’s difficult to look past a passenger to she oncoming cars
