There's not much too say about Subaru's. If you have one you know what I mean, if you don't your missing out. This is my second Subaru and it makes me enjoy driving. I don't care what I do in this car it's always a pleasure. Subaru's have a little bit stiffer suspension but it's still very comfortable. The All Wheel Drive is hard to beat. Subaru's design of AWD is continuous. Other car manufacturer's advertise AWD but it is not the same continuous setup. Computer sensors read the information of performance of each tire then adjusts to the situation. Subaru's system is a mechanical system that is continually improving your traction. If this Subaru could float I would drive it around the world and it would work amazingly.
I would recommend this car to a friend because this car is one of the best when it comes to being top if its class in being a safety pick. Subaru is known for its safety and nice boxer engines. The model that i purchased has turbo which makes the ride enjoyable with speed and safety at the same time.
The Subaru Forester XT version has a LOT more pep and responsiveness than the 2.5 litre engined Forester. Gas mileage suffers a little (we are currently getting between 24 and 28 highway and 20-24 in town) but the additional acceleration more than makes up for that. I like the AWD and the option to "manually" shift the car, and the S1 and S# gearing and suspension adjustment for windy roads or snow or rain. If you are really in the snow, you can select XMode which is like a four wheel drive mode for up to 25 miles per hour (it automatically drops out of Xmode above 24 MPH). Real leather seats. Nice stitching. Well appointed with dual air and heat. Heated front seats. HUGE sunroof with windbreak at front. Handles wonderfully.
