Save $ in more ways than just @ the pump
2013 Toyota Prius Plug In HybridS W - Los Angeles, CA04/18/2016
I have own the PPI since purchased new in 2013. My work commute is 80 miles roundtrip each day, and the car deliver 55-65mpg when charged and 50-53 when not charged. I mainly use the charge during traffic jams/surface street drive(to/from Downtown L.A.). As a commuter car, this is perfect. Roughly 400-450 miles per tank. With the CA Green HOV sticker, it also saves me time and $$$ when traveling in HOV and toll lanes(HOV sticker gets free access). On avg, $250 saved each month on toll.

This was purchased as a second vehicle. Our little Prius has now become the only car we drive. My husband is now contemplating trading in our brand new Tundra for another Prius!
