What customers are saying

The 2013 Toyota Prius v is highly regarded for its fuel efficiency, spacious interior, and reliability. It accommodates larger families or cargo effectively due to its ample space, but lacks dynamic power and exhibits noticeable cabin noise at high speeds. Customers appreciate its low maintenance costs but criticize outdated technology. Overall, a practical choice for fuel-conscious drivers.

Best Car We Ever Owned

PROS
Cost to Maintain

The car never needed any major maintenance service, only oil changes, filter changes, brake pads, etc.

Cargo Space

The car had plenty of space for trips and runs to Costco. The back deck was very handy even though the door was not automatic.

Value

It was an excellent all-around car used for volunteer deliveries, work, pleasure trips, and local hauling. It was always reliable and never broke down. We hit every service point with car service from a local independent shop. Nothing ever broke except for a bent rim when I ran over a brick panel on the freeway.

CONS
Technology and Entertainment

Over time the car technology aged, but everything stlll worked. The Toyota Entune was not very good and has been improved in recent years.
