I have owned over 23 cars now and this is my very first truck. I have needed a truck over the years but never broke down and bought one. However I always had my eyes on the Tacoma.
The Tacoma is the one truck that was not tooo big to fit in my Garage, has the feel of a car when you sit in it, and gets gas mileage that will not break the bank like larger full size trucks.
I have the double cab and it is extremely roomy for five and the 4.0 V6 is simply outstanding! Off the line this truck will march 0-60 faster than a bunch of cars out there and it does it with smooth accelleration.
If you are in to mods, the sky is the limit with this truck. I am keeping her pretty stock, however she will be receiving navigation to compliment the Leather interior.
You simply cannot go wrong with this pickup.
Great 'all around' small truck.

The 4-cylinder model gets good gas mileage. Although I would stick with radial highway tires as opposed to all terrain. Basically due to better gas mileage and ride. Great around town vehicle. Very easy to park.
