Sporty coupe
The BMW 2 Series is already a fun-to-drive coupe, but BMW upped the ante with the M235i version for 2015. Instead of the 240-horsepower 2.0L you get in the regular car, the M235i has a 3.0L inline six-cylinder engine making 320 horsepower. That's not all, the engineers dialed in the suspension with active dampers to improve cornering, upgraded the brakes and steering, and also gave the M235 a sport exhaust. So if you want a fun-to-drive coupe with a host of impressive features and options, check out the 2014 BMW M235o.

5 reasons to buy the 2014 BMW M235
1. Powerful engine
There is only one engine available on all 2014 BMW M235i coupes, and it's a good one. The M235i gets a great 3.0L inline six-cylinder engine making 320 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque. That's good for a trip to 60 mph in around 4.4 seconds (according to the manufacturer, when new). That is one quick luxury coupe.
2. Great standard features
We'll get to the fun M upgrades in a moment, but the 2014 M235i has a host of standard comfort and convenience features that you are sure to love. In addition to standard features like a leatherette (premium vinyl) upholstery, you'll find rain-sensing wipers, automatic dual-zone climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a 10-way power front sport seats, and an M Sport steering wheel. So comfort and fun come standard on the 2014 M235i.
3. Motorsports-inspired upgrades
The “M” in the BMW M Series stands for “Motorsport” and the M235i gets a ton of great M upgrades. In addition to the larger engine, your 2014 M235i will have standard upgraded steering, adaptive suspension damping, upgraded brakes, a cool sport exhaust system, an aerodynamic kit, and a rear spoiler. All of that will work in concert to make the most of your favorite driving road.
4. Standard and optional tech
To start things off, you'll have standard Bluetooth® phone connectivity, BMW's iDrive® infotainment interface viewed through a 6.5-inch display, and a 10-speaker sound system. If you want more, search our lots for the Technology package. It not only has a higher-resolution 8.8-inch display screen, navigation, and an upgraded iDrive controller with a touchpad, but it also has a suite of BMW Apps and BMW Remote Services.
4. Options galore
Look out for just the right M235i to fit your needs. In addition to the Technology package mentioned above, you can find the Premium package which adds great upgrades like leather upholstery, keyless ignition and entry, auto-dimming mirrors, and interior ambient lighting. A Cold Weather package adds heated seats and the Driver Assistance package provides additional driver aids like parking sensors, and a rearview camera.
