Latest generation Hyundai Ioniq 5
The Ioniq 5 was designed as an electric vehicle, so there is no version with a gas engine. Buyers can choose between the single-motor version with 303 miles or 310 miles of EPA-estimated range and the dual-motor model with 256 miles or 266 miles of range, depending on the model year
. The Ioniq 5 is compatible with high-speed DC fast-charging stations, and at a 350-kW station, the Ioniq 5 will potentially charge from 10% to 80% in 18 minutes. The Ioniq 5 is also known as a comfortable, quiet vehicle with confident road manners and a familiar interior design. The only downside is that the Ioniq5 offers less storage capacity than some of its competitors. As a recently introduced EV, the Ioniq 5 provides effective driver-assistance technology and an advanced 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen. There's also remote access through a phone app for things like precooling the car on hot days.
