Vehicle Overview
When an automaker releases a brand new model, we consider it a frontier of innovation. The 2014 Infiniti Q50 was designed to synthesize all the newest and wisest features of what makes a luxury sports sedan worth the extra splurge. Offered in two trims (Sport and Premium) and multiple sophisticated transmission and steering options, the Q50 prioritizes the fundamentals of a smooth driving experience without sacrificing an eye for luxury details. The combination of hybrid technology with a powerful engine also means you get punch and thrifty performance, all under the same hood.

5 reasons to buy the 2014 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid
1. Muscular hybrid engine
The foundation of the 2014 Infiniti Q50 is a 354-horsepower hybrid powertrain system. Under the hood, you'll find a 3.5L 302-horsepower V6 engine tethered to a compact laminated lithium-ion battery and 50 kW electric motor offering the extra 67 horsepower. These two systems are designed to work together seamlessly. Plus, turn on Infiniti's Eco to add an extra boost of fuel efficiency to those long highway hauls.
2. Customizable trims
There are two versions of the 2014 Infiniti Q50: Sport and Premium. The differences between these trims are slight, but worth spelling out. The Premium features a sunroof, heated front seats, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a Bose® sound system that spreads 14 speakers throughout the cabin. The Sport, on the other hand, adds a sport-tuned suspension, 19-inch alloy wheels, a sport driver seat (with power lumbar and torso support), aluminum pedal trim, and paddle shifters. Leather upholstery comes standard on both trims.
3. Multi-screen navigation
Infiniti's new dual-screen infotainment system for the 2014 Q50 is a fully immersive experience. Toggle intuitively between an LCD eight-inch upper and seven-inch lower color display to organize information with different priority levels. That means you won't lose your priority navigation if you need to, for instance, remix the EQ or set up a new Bluetooth® device. Infiniti's InTouch™ system will make sure your two screens are working together, so you can keep your eyes on the road without stressing over the controls.
4. Smart steering
Steering a car in the 21st century no longer needs to be a workout, at least as Infiniti sees it. On the Q50 Hybrid, two unique technologies work together to make even the sharpest turns feel like a knife through butter: Direct Adaptive Steering is a virtual software that sends inputs from the steering wheel to actuators at each front wheel to optimize how much each wheel should turn. and Active Trace Control, on the other hand, applies brake pressure to the inside wheel around each turn. Together, these two pieces of tech soften the G-forces when you take the Q50 around those sharp corners.
5. Driver-aid suite
Atop Infiniti's virtual steering, the Q50 can be found with a bevy of driver aids. You can enjoy the benefits of blind spot monitoring, parking sensors, lane departure warning, and a rearview camera to give you a panoramic view around the vehicle. The 2014 Q50 also comes equipped with smart key and cruise control as standard, to get you driving with ease and confidence.
