2007 Acura RDXOlder SUV driver - Wimberley, Texas03/31/2008
After having a TL for 7 years and a great experience with Acura, I knew I would not buy anything else, but I wanted an SUV.. I had been looking at the the MDX, but wanted something smaller and with better gas mileage. The RDX iis the perfect answer. Very comfortable inside - great seats and the technology package is awesome! Dont' be folled by the four cylinders - it has plenty of pep and good gas mileage.
Great sound system also.

The RDX has great handling and is quit responsive. Breaking is excellent, better turning radius than most vehicles and has plenty of power. If driven a bit hard the MPG can dip below 20 MPG, so go easy on the gas pedal. Relatively roomy but not tons of space. Overall though the RDX has been excellent for me, my wife and 80 lb dog.
The Acura MDX, which entered the market in 2001, was designed to address the need for a high-performance people-mover with an abundance of luxury features. Although the MDX replaced Acura’s SLX, its build was actually based on the popular Honda Pilot. In true Acura style, this newly-developed SUV was infused with the highest-quality comfort and performance features available.
If you’re conducting used car research to find a deal on pre-owned luxury vehicles, it only makes sense to learn about the Acura TL—a car with touring luxury actually built into its name. The Acura TL is a mid-sized luxury car that succeeded the Acura Vigor and was produced between 1996 and 2014. While the first-generation Acura TL (1996 to 1998) was manufactured in Japan, production soon shifted to the Honda plant in Marysville, Ohio.
