Generation Overview

The 2018 Audi A4 is part of this luxury sedan's fifth generation of production (2017-2020), which debuted with a revised exterior design and an upgraded infotainment system. The optional Ultra sub-trim also first became available with the launch of the A4's fifth generation.

2018 Audi A4 Engine Options

A turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder engine is outfitted on every 2018 Audi A4. On most models, this engine puts out 252 hp; on Ultra models, however, output is decreased to 190 hp in exchange for higher EPA-estimated fuel economy.

On all but the A4 Ultra models, all-wheel drive was optional when sold new, but front-wheel drive is standard. Also standard is a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, although a six-speed manual was optional on all-wheel-drive models when first sold.

2018 Audi A4 Interior

Up front, you and your passenger can enjoy heated and power-adjustable seats for added support and comfort. The back seat offers plenty of space (even for taller adults), while standard automatic tri-zone climate control keeps everybody cozy.
