Generally a great car. just what you would expect from bmw. I get low 30s on freeway and mid 20s around town. i chose an all wheel drive to help in bad weather. so far, it has not been needed.
minor quibbles: the rear view mirror appears to have some sensor driven dimmer which doesn't seem to care about glare if there is enough ambient light. this cannot be overridden. also the main controller is an 'i control knob'. this does not function intuitively even for someone who owns an i phone, i pad and i mac.

After driving family sedans for years and recently my mid-life rebellion with a couple of sports cars, I am finding my 328 XI coupe a really nice balance. The handling is great without the punishing ride of a sports car. No wonder all the critics rave about the 3-series.

I am saying yes because their is no maybe. If you are someone who pushes their car to the limits and who doesn't worry too much about practicality for sure! If you are someone who is practical like me, I wouldn't recommend this model year or any model year up until 2013.
