Great gas mileage and the OnStar app is amazing. Start the car from inside a store in the winter! Comfortable ride. It's been taken on a 12 hour road trip and everyone was comfortable. Lots of leg room in the back. The control panel has a lot of good info
Great little CUV for the money
2012 Chevrolet EquinoxMarjorie Bray - Jacksonville, FL08/24/2015
Good fuel mileage, smooth and quiet ride, despite being a small CUV it has lots of cargo area, Bluetooth is nice, vehicle information system is nice, satellite radio, has a CD player which a lot of vehicles don't have now, good acceleration from the 2.5L engine, good NHTSA crash test ratings.
Perfect all-around entry-level SUV
2013 Chevrolet EquinoxRick Paugh - Carmel, IN11/19/2015
This vehicle is very comfortable and easy to drive. If you have driven any other late model Chevrolet you will feel right at home. It slightly longer than other SUVs in the same class, which gives the rear passengers more room (along with the adjustable seat which helps as well). I've seen other reviewers complain about lack of power, but the Equinox has plenty. I noticed a slight drop in power after filling it with $1,000 worth of IKEA furniture, but it still handled well on the interstate. If you're comparing it to a larger SUV with a powerful V6 (or even V8) then yes, it doesn't have that much power. It's all about perspective. Comparable gas mileage to other SUVs in the same class.
