This has been in the Cresent Ford shop 4 times since March with major mechanical issues. You sold us a faulty vehicle,

Reliability

Wrench light multiple times. Currently in with a PCM issue. We are supposed to be moving across the country and cannot leave in time because of this major mechanical problem. Costing us thousands of dollars and inconvenience. Worst vehicle ever.

Ride and Handling

Can't tell you anything positive since it has been in the shop more times than we have had it. We are extremely disappointed and will be reaching out for legal support.
