2015 Ford FiestaJudith Campbell - Houston, TX04/30/2016
I've only owned this car 4 months, but I've had it to the dealer three times for work on its transmission. I'm still hoping they will be able to straighten out the problem, but at least it's still under warranty. I bought it primarily because of its great visibility - the rear seat headrests even tilt down to create better view through the rear window.
good price but not happy with it
2014 Ford FiestaBJ Edwards - sacramento, CA11/11/2015
It shudders horribly. It hesitates when taking off. Simply not a smooth take off. It does ride ok once its past all that. Stop and go makes you crazy with that shuddering. I'm probably going to trade it in very soon even though i already tinted windows.
This car was just rated the worst car on consumer reports. Wish i knew this before.
2013 Ford FiestaMike - Ontario, CA03/12/2015
I purchased this exact car (Literally the one in the pics!) and it had transmission problems that we were told is normal. When shifting from 1st to 2nd gear it sometimes felt like we were in a rodeo, as well when coming to a slow stop or accelerating slowing it sounded like someone was kicking an aluminum can. Again we were told this was normal and due to the CVT transmission. I looked into the "problem" and found many others that are having the same issue and that the term "normal" is not correct that it is a known problem with the transmission in the Fiesta, and the Focus. Please research the transmission before purchasing.
