1 month after buying, oil pump belt went out and destroyed entire engine. Due to known issue, Ford has agreed to replace engine. However, during repairs it was found that parts from original engine were missing with signs of someone making alterations to engine.

very fun compact car to drive that feels spacious inside without being bulky on the outside. handles tight turns and parallel parking very well, aided by the rear view cam and additional corner mirrors on the sides. gets very far in a single tank of gas and I love that it has a feature to tell me how many miles I have left before I need to refill
Cargo Space
I haven't had a car with a hatchback before and I love how much space it has. feels like the trunk is way bigger than the car looks, but doesn't add a whole lot of bulk to the back exterior. hatchback cover is removable as well, which adds even more trunk space
Technology and Entertainment
front screen is easy to navigate and fun to use without being so big it's distracting, like some cars that have basically a tablet on the front. I like that the radio/navigation is on the screen but the ac and heating is separate. android/apple play doesn't connect very well but because the car has its own bluetooth and navigation system I don't feel like I need to use the phone connection. Great speaker layout and sound balance. tech makes the car feel fancy and luxurious without being too ostentatious
CONS
Visibility
because of the hatchback, visibility out of the rear view window and in the blind spots isn't the best, however the rear view camera and extra corner mirrors does help alleviate this.
Power
does not accelerate quickly very well and stepping on the gas, i.e. to go up a hill or merge onto a highway feels like it puts a strain on the transmission. car does shudder a bit at high speeds as well
