Transmission: Automatic Color:Black Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (3.6153846153846154 reviews) I've had my 2012 Focus for about 4 months now. A great little car and really fun to drive. Not a ton of space inside, but I've had 4 adults in the car for short trips and it works. In traffic & around town I get about 30-32 mpg. Don't believe any negative press or internet chatter about the Focus's clutch - works just fine for me. The ONLY word of warning I'd give about the Titanium trim specifically is about the tires. A factory original equipment tire on the titanium focus sedan is the Michelin Pilot Sport 3, a SUMMER tire that has zero performance in winter weather. They are actually great tires (about $240 a piece brand new), w/ great dry & wet road performance, but know if you'll need to switch out your tires for the winter.

About The Ford Focus

Overview

Intended as a replacement for the retired Escort model, the Ford Focus pushes beyond typical expectations of a compact car. It is an ideal car if you are looking for something stylish and budget friendly. Each year brings technology upgrades and improvements to the vehicle’s maneuverability and power.

Ford made sure to imclude touches of luxury throughout the car by providing options for sale like leather-trimmed seats, automatic temperature control and many other features. The Ford Focus makes it possible to obtain comfort, style and modern conveniences in an affordable package.

Popular Years

Third Generation (2011-2018)

The 2013 Ford Focus helped rid you of parking stress by taking advantage of the active parking assist alerts that let you know when a parking space becomes available. Then take your hands off the wheel and let the Focus take control and steer your car into the parking spot. You assist by shifting gears and manipulating brake and accelerator controls as needed.

The 2014 Ford Focus maintained the 2.0L four-cylinder engine capable of 160 hp and 246 lb-ft of torque. Opting for the electrical version increases that number to 105 mpg.

When the 2015 Focus became available for sale, it brought about a revamp of the Ford Focus exterior, including the front and back fascia, hood and grille plus the rear tail lamps. Ford also made new Appearance and Sports Packages available for the SE model. You can also enjoy upgraded driver-assist features with the addition of a rear-view camera on all models. The Titanium trim also provides you with traffic alerts, lane-departure warnings, and park assist.

The 2016 and 2017 models continued to provide drivers with the benefits of the improvements made in the 2015 Ford Focus. You can still select from four different trim models for sale and enjoy perks like parking assistance, touch-screen controls and available Wi-Fi capabilities.1 2018 also introduced the ST and RS packages to the line, each with unique style features.

2013-2018 Standard Features and Specs

  • 5-person seating
  • SOS Post-Crash Alert System
  • 4-way manual driver’s seat
  • Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS)
  • Cabin air filtration system

1Requires data plan and compatible devices to activate.

Good car but my bumper cover is coming off

Well I've had the car now for a couple months and my bumper cover is coming off, for no reason. I noticed it a couple weeks ago it had popped out s lil bit in the driver side so i looked at it and pushed it back in and it stayed but then the next trip i took to the city i noticed it out again looking at the bumper cover it seems to be cracked at 2 of the snaps. They look very brittle.

Pros

  • Fuel Economy: 36+ MPG
  • Technology and Entertainment: Hooks right up to my phone.
  • Ride and Handling: Very smooth ride

Cons

  • Power: Doesn't have as much pep as my KIA did
  • Reliability: When i take off it jumps and stutters fear it may be the transmission wish i would have been allowed to drive it before buying it.
  • Cabin Noise: For such a new car and a ford it is very noisy inside.

Great price & fun to drive! (But check the tires)

Pros

  • Technology and Entertainment: Sync works great
