Great starter pick up for anyone, like me, who is used to driving cars. It's not too big but it's big enough to make you feel like your driving a truck. The turbo gives it a great acceleration. The only issues I've found are minor things.. like it's a 2022 but doesn't have wireless Carplay/Android Auto, auto wipers or blind spot monitors. It DOES have auto high beams though, which I didn't even know what a thing, but now I can't live without.

Pros

RideHandling: Handles nice and rides smooth.
Power: The turbo really helps acceleration. Especially when in Sport Mode
FuelEconomy: I was surprised by the mpg. I refuel my truck every 8 days.. which is about the same for my Honda Civic.

Cons

TechnologyEntertainment: No wireless CarPlay/Android Auto, no blind spot monitors, and no auto wipers.
CargoSpace: The bed is 4.5 ft. Which I think is half a foot smaller than other "small bed" trucks.
Dashboard: It's like they put the first generation, 2011, touchscreen and dashboard technology package in it. Not what I expected in a 2022 vehicle.

The Maverick hybrid drives like a car, is easy to get in and out of (no steps or siderails), and gets great MPG - 45 to 57. Yet it still carries plenty of cargo. Just the right size for a truck that is mainly used for city driving.

Pros

Value: Just the right size for my needs. I can carry DIY supplies, bicycles, vacation luggage. Seats 4 comfortably.
FuelEconomy: 45 mpg baby!
RideHandling: It drives like a car, not a big heavy truck.

Cons

Dashboard: the gearshift has been replaced with a dial. You have to be careful when you reach for your coffee mug that you don't twist the dial by mistake. It should have a button to lock it when in Drive .
CargoSpace: Wish the cargo bed was just a bit longer.
InteriorSpace: The only interior storage is under the back seat.

Four door, bed in the back, plenty peppy, looks great, love the gas mileage . Wife and I both like to drive it.

Pros

Value: prices in my range and has all the features I want
Styling: Easy to look at in Hot Pepper Red
FuelEconomy: we get 28 mpg mix of city and highway

Cons

Braking: takes some getting used to, grab aggressively
