What customers are saying

Ford F-150 reviews highlight its interior space, comfortable ride, and reliable performance. Customers appreciate the power and ride quality, especially on longer trips or when towing. However, concerns about fuel economy and some technology features are consistent. The truck's design offers roominess and a quiet cabin, balancing utility and comfort well.

In the shop way to much

PROS
Seat Comfort

It is a comfortable vehicle when the transmission is not having problems!

CONS
Reliability

We have had this truck for about 4 months and the transmission just decides to shift down from 10th. gear all the way down to first gear and will not shift out of first. It has been in the shop several times and Ford can't seem to figure out what the problem is.

Great truck at a fair price

The 3.5 Ecoboost is powerful and fun to drive. There is room for days in the back for my kids and their car seats. The towing capability is the best and I average just under 17 mph in the city.

CONS
Cargo Space

I wish it were a long bed and not a short bed.

Hybrid drive train not refined

PROS
Power

Hybrid turbo V-6 provides gobs of HP and Torque. Transition from gas to electric can be a bit rough especially on lower gear shifts

Fuel Economy

Gives approximately 22 mph town or freeway driving due to hybrid system

Cabin Noise

Very quiet truck.

CONS
Reliability

So far it has performed well but it is a rolling electronic computer with sensors for everything. Dread the day I see CEL come on

Braking

Regenerative braking makes the brake pedal feel more "spongey" than standard brake

Weather Versatility

4WD is not automatic or able to be used like All Wheel Drive. You have to move up to the Lariat trim or higher to get that feature.
