Reviews for Ford Transit 150

Overall Rating

4.3 out of 5 (6 reviews)

Perfect for the Job

I can carry 10 people or take out 7 seats and load in a large P.A. system and drums. The gas mileage is the same as my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, and it uses the lower grade fuels just fine. Sirius Radio and ice cold AC front and rear is a big plus.

Pros

  • Ride and Handling: handles like a small car + back up camera.
  • Interior Space: 10 passenger or huge cargo, great visablity.
  • Styling: Modern Eurovan sleek look, friends love it too.

Transmission problems out the door

The car is great for seating large families or for businesses that transports clients. However, occasionally when driving the transmission does a funny thing like skip or jump. I’m worried about future issues.

Pros

  • Interior Space: It seats 10 comfortably.
  • Cargo Space: There is space in the back for items.
  • Visibility: The low dash let’s you see better. The mirror placement is convenient.

Cons

  • Seat Comfort: The seats are comfortable for children, not really for bigger adults.
  • Fuel Economy: I have to fill up more often than I used to with my econoline
  • Ride and Handling: It’s awkward, slow and skips/jumps sometimes when driving.
