Great Car, Was Not Informed of Transmission Recall
2012 Ford FocusDanielle Stelzer - Tampa, FL04/15/2016
I never pictured myself driving a Ford Focus but had to find something reasonably priced and quick after getting into an accident. My Focus is a sporty hatchback model with a sunroof which is great for my lifestyle as someone who was a previous Jeep owner. The only issue with this car is that I wasn't made aware of the transmission recall that needed to be repaired. This is something Ford will cover, however it takes several months and a few trips to the dealership to get the issue resolved. Once it is resolved, they warn you that this may occur every so often due to how the car is built. I would rate this car 5 stars if it didn't have this issue, however it has been pretty frustrating dealing with the transmission every so often.
Great buy on a whim!!

Had car since Memorial Day 2010. I have 140,000 miles on it. Love my manual transmission. Had one issue with coil pack under warranty and one after 120,000. Good power if you know how to drive a stick. Can fit three in the back or a 9 month old grandson and my daughter.
Fun, sporty, and loaded.

This car is cozy and comfortable. I'm 6'1" and I was worried about interior room before I test drove it. Even with the sunroof and spiky hair, headroom isn't an issue (lower the seat when you test drive it!) The features on the Titanium are great. The smart key works flawlessly. The navigation is a big plus and I use it often when traveling. The interior of the car is high quality.
