Its a good car, three stars, a real solid B-minus grade. Reasonably quiet and comfortable, great mileage, and big. I had owned a 2010 Taurus and wanted an upgrade, but not too much of one. I went from a silver SEL to a black/black limited. I expect to drive this car for three years with no problems and the price was right. I got the extended warranty just in case. If I had to do it over again, I might've gone for a Buick LaCrosse, but this car has tons of bells and whistles at about $4K less. Nice sedan.

I dont' expect problems. Owned a 2010 SEL for 4 years and no issues at all.
The Ford Sync system is unnecessarily busy and confusing. The dashboard controls are kinda annoying.

It has the feel of the older heavy road cars of old...There are so many cars out there that are rattley, cheap, with lots of road noise. The 2014 Ford Taurus Ltd. has the look and feel of a big SOLID, dependable and quiet car!

The on-board computer systems are sorta clunky.
A few blind spots that I've had to get used to.
The on-board computer system runs off mainly the dash. You have to take your eyes off the road to use controls, GPS, and other IT devices.
