Used 2015 Ford Taurus for Sale

Gas mileage is my first complaint. I drove a Mercury Marquis for the last 14 years (a 2001 and a 2007) they both got much better mileage than this Taurus. The Taurus is really hard to see out of. I am 5'9 and my husband is 6'2" both of us complain about the difficulty seeing out of it. The back seat head rests block visibility. The rear end sits so high that even with the back up camera I have found that it sometimes does "see" obstacles like steep embankments. The front end blocks visibility when going over a steep drop (we live in a mountainous area) so these 2 may be specific problems to the terrain we live in.

Pros

Value: I feel the car is reasonably priced
Braking: I feel the braking system is reliable
Ride and Handling: The car handles pretty well especially in the mountain areas. I find the car to be reasonably comfortable while traveing.

Cons

Fuel Economy: i am only getting about 22-23 mph around town and not much better on highway. Maybe 24-25 on hey.
Interior Space: back seat is pretty cramped
Visibility: Hard to see out of

For a mid-size car, it is roomy in the rear which allows those with long legs a comfortable ride. Although it is not a "muscle car" it has plenty of get up and go and can hold its own against similar vehicles when it comes to acceleration. Gas mileage is decent and when traveling on long trips it offers a comfortable ride.

My Taurus is the Limited model, which includes all sorts of bells and whistles, heated/cooled leather seats, Ford Sync and navigation system, Bluetooth audio, a sunroof, and much more. It's very nice, large and spacious, and is comfortable for commuting and long drives, and is not short on power, yet still good on fuel.

Pros

Cabin Noise: Very quiet in the interior, does a great job of blocking out noise pollution.
Cargo Space: The trunk is nothing short of massive already, and to make it better, the rear seats fold down to give you even more length in the trunk.

Cons

Ride and Handling: The car feels and drives a bit heavy.
