About the Genesis G80

Vehicle Summary

The Genesis G80 was introduced as an all-new luxury sedan for the 2017 model year, offering a spacious interior and a smooth ride. Since its release, this full-size sedan has come standard with such features as leather upholstery, automatic dual-zone climate control, smartphone integration, and a large eight-inch touchscreen display.

Under the hood, the G80 is offered with three brawny engine configurations: a 3.8L V6, a turbocharged 3.3L V6, and a 5.0L V8. If you're looking for a luxury sedan that doesn't skimp on space, standard features, or power behind the wheel, be sure to add this one to your list of contenders.

Make sure your transmission works correctly.

This vehicle had and still has a bad transmission in it since I brought it. It’s still in the shop, A total of 4& 1/2 weeks since I purchased it. Unfortunately I couldn’t return it because I was getting a left foot accelerator installed. As soon as I get it back I’m taking it back.

Pros

  • Visibility: Haven’t had it to find out.

Cons

  • Ride and Handling: Transmission is bad.
