They say the third time is a charm and that was definitely the case with getting this car. There were others ahead of me but oh, it was so worth the wait. It is a 5 speed manual that just zips along and rides beautifully. It is exactly what I wanted including the car color, comfort, price, car warranty and of course mileage.
Perfect everyday car!
2013 Hyundai AccentCL D - Hyattsville, MD06/27/2016
I love the hatchback look (this is actually the second Hyundai Accent hatchback that I've owned), the gas mileage, the space in the interior and backseat, that the seats fold down, and that it's ready for bluetooth. Plus my husband who is 6'4" fits with no trouble, which is always a plus. It's an overall reliable and dependable car, a far cry from the Fiat I traded in for it. There are only 3 real downsides I've found:
1. No heated seat option
2. No sunroof
3. I had to get a special cord off amazon to play music through the speakers from my cell phone (bluetooth for phone calls doesn't require that).
The gas pedal on this car seems to be slippery to me. I find myself constantly adjusting my foot on the pedal. So I wear sneakers while I drive to obtain a better "grip" on the pedal. Also, water does not run off the car adequately. Water from rain or dew pours into the car if the windows are open!
