2010 Hyundai ElantraJohn Y - Santa Fe, NM05/18/2016
I've owned this car for one year now, and have had no major problems. I've put almost 20k miles on since I bought it. Routine oil changes and a transmission flush are basically all I've had to do, oh and new tires. I think I had to replace a couple belts recently too. Handles well enough in the snow with standard all-season tires. There isn't a lot of passenger room - two adults up front and a teenager in back is pretty crowded, but most of the time it's just me and the small children in car seats, and two car seats work okay. I definitely wouldn't want to try 3 though. I mostly use the car for commuting to work and it's great, good gas mileage (33 mpg average, mostly highway).
We love the car. It is our fourth Hyundai.

Very economical, has power when needed, easy to drive, has navigation system, back-up camera and all the extras. Hyundai automobiles we have found to be most dependable and comfortable. This is a second car for us and one our son uses; it fits our purposes quite well.
The perfect car at the right price!

The Hyundai Elantra checks all the boxes for a car in its class. Both the exterior and interior look great. Clearly there was intentional effort to increase the esthetics of this car! The interior is comparatively roomly, the handling is very responsive as well as the power being very sufficient. The trunk is also huge, my wife and still remark about its space.
