I never had one single problem after 82k miles! Only had one minor recall from Hyundai on it for a break light switch which I had no problem with. I really like the extra hidden storage space in the rear for tools or what have you. This SUV has plenty of head and leg room as well as plenty of power with the 6 cylinder. I just wish it had a keypad entry on outside of the passenger door like my Mercury Mariner was equipped with , since I locked my keys inside twice already and had to call roadside assistance :-(

With its 3.5 liter V6 engine, this mid-size SUV had just the right amount of pick-up I was looking for to be able to merge onto freeways and accelerate quickly when needed. I bought my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe brand new in December 2004. My Santa Fe is black and I added the running boards, making it look sportier than the plain ones. In my four years of owning this vehicle, I've never had any repairs done and only taken it to the shop for oil changes and routine maintenance. This vehicle has enough weight to make it handle well in both rain and snow yet is not so heavy to make it a gas-hog. My Hyundai averages 17 mpg city and 24 mph highway. There is plenty of space in this vehicle: in the front passenger seat for my husband who is 6'4" as well as in the rear seat for my father-in-law who is 6'5" tall. I've hauled luggage and moved boxes and always had plenty of cargo space for them. With its warranty and quality, the Hyundai Santa Fe is a great vehicle.

I love this car! Great deal too!

It runs great. I love the 4 wheel drive and the bluetooth for my phone. Good on gas mileage and handles really good in the snow.
