In my opinion, it is the best looking car on the road. I get compliments all of the time in parking lots when people see this car (mine is a silver coupe). This is my fourth Jaguar and by far my favorite. My previous Jaguars were convertibles, but I opted for a coupe with a sunroof this time because the F-Type didn't have a backseat like the previous XK8 and XK that I drove, so I didn't want to have a convertible top to take up more storage space in the trunk. The sunroof is very large, but does not open, but I still think it provides a convertible type of feel in terms of more light let in. This car drives so well. When you start it, the engine gives out a roar that just makes you excited to drive.
It is a beautiful car. I get compliments or comments from strangers almost anytime they see me in a parking lot. I've even walked up to someone walking around my car to look at it (and he wasn't trying to steal it), but he did offer to trade me his truck for an hour if I would let him drive my car.
This is a really fun car to drive. It accelerates quickly, has awesome exhaust sounds, and handles really well. I have never enjoyed driving a car more (or been more nervous riding in a passenger seat than when my husband drives it--he loves how it drives as well and likes to test out its features and its power).
When I got the car, it was in the price range that I was looking for but I still thought I might have buyer's remorse, but I have enjoyed it so much and have had no remorse. I've had it about 4 months and have not encountered any service issues yet, but based on past history with other Jaguars I have owned, I anticipate there might be some in the future.
I live in Alabama, so snow is not typically a problem and I don't go off roading, but I think it should be obvious that this is not the type of car you would get if you needed to drive frequently in weather situations.
Fun to drive. Only sips gas with excellent highway mileage. Conversation starter on so many levels. Turns many heads. Love this car! Would absolutely recommend. Jaguar dealership treats you royally even though it was initially purchased elsewhere. Yet, very pricey to own but worth it if you’re ready for “next level living.”
