I wanted to Love the 2020 ES 350 F Sport. luckily, CarMax allows a 24 hour test drive. The seat is terrible! I am a 5'5" female. The headrest pushes my head so far forward, even though it is adjustable both in height, and forward/ back. The base of the seat is flat without any real cushion. The side bolsters were fine. Lumbar feels like a metal rod. I seriously tried every possible adjustment for the seat because I so wanted to LOVE this car. Thank you CarMax for the ability to drive this car enough to avoid a $45k mistake.

Just picked up an ES350 F Sport for my wife last week down at Carmax. This is a great car. Do not let the F Sport badge fool you. It is not a sports car first. It is a luxury cruiser. With a wheelbase of 113 inches, it is a very comfortable ride and for me personally I don’t feel the need to want to go fast in this vehicle, which I find odd because I like going fast. Even though you easily could with the 302 HP and a 0-60 time of 6.5 seconds. It is very respectable as well in the sporty aspect. It handles well and composed at high speed and cornering. I noticed another reviewer saying the seats of the car were not comfortable. I disagree. My wife is 5’2 and finds the seats very comfortable. I am 5’11 and also find the seats very comfortable and supportive. These are bucket sport seats with aggressive bolsters. They are not for everyone, especially if you are used to super luxurious or boring seats. Interior noise at city and highway speeds is amazing. It’s relaxing and just a very comfortable place to be even for long periods of time. We have 2 children and a lab and the back seat is cavernous. The rear seat leg room is more than our 4Runner. At 39 inches compared to 36 for our 4Runner. The car has Apple CarPlay and Android auto and it works great. Overall a great deal to find one 1-2 years old with low miles. We have had Audi and other luxury vehicles before and this one is very understated luxury. It’s not in your face and doesn’t have the look at me I’m so cool vibe for a car. Not to say the styling is boring. Its definitely not. If the car was a person, picture the mysterious quiet dashing man or woman in the back of a restaurant or bar just minding their own business and you somehow can’t look away. When you’re driving it. You know you have something special….the Lexus.

The ease of purchase was very favorable. Unfortunately, the used vehicle is not up to par as I expected from a reputable dealership

Braking: I believe the model and make of this car are great; I’m pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately, as I purchased the vehicle, the front passenger brake made a bizarre noise, and the service department is not aware of how to fix it and has requested that I go to Lexus directly. We also have an issue with the sunroof that is aligned, which is also an issue Carmax cannot fix, and I have to go to the dealership directly to get it repaired. I traded in my 2015 Chevy impala because I had brake issues. They would cost me more money than I was willing to pay for my paid-off car. Unfortunately, I’m investing that same money into a vehicle that I now have a car payment on
